The villa once belonged to the painter Gino Guida—who chose it for its light and breathtaking views - and his wife, Licia.
Today, I (Silvia) live here with Francesco (the son of Gino and Licia) and our cats. We both left our jobs to dedicate ourselves to this project. We love spending time taking care of the house and garden, as well as meeting people from all over the world and different cultures.
The property is rich in art and surrounded by nature. In an atmosphere of absolute tranquility, you can relax by the pool, take a walk in the woods, read a book by the fireplace, sway in hammocks in the blooming garden surrounded by ancient trees, and admire the stunning sunsets.
Whether it's for a game of chess, a round of darts, or reading a book by the fireplace, our home is at your disposal!
